Painted chain

These are the characteristics of the painted-plated chain:

Type of coating: POWDER COATING. The treatment consists in painting the chain with coating powder and in hardening the paint in the furnace. The coating powder gives the chain a pleasant aesthetic aspect, but most of all, it slows down the oxidization caused by contact with atmospheric agents.

Coating features: the standard thickness of coating powder is 100 micron. In order to increase the resistance to atmospheric agents, it is possible to zinc coat the chain before painting it.

Field of application: the painted chain is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Fields of use: clothing, footwear/leather industry, agriculture, exterior design, hardware, plant nursery, industry in general, industrial installation, navigation, zootechnical.

Applicability: REACH, ROHS.
