We are pleased to announce the publication of our first Sustainability Report 2024, developed in collaboration with the Como- Lecco Chamber of Commerce and made public to ensure maximum transparency for customers, partners, and the community. The report provides a detailed and concrete description of our commitment to three key pillars—environment, social, and governance (ESG)—demonstrating how even a small manufacturing company like ours can combine production efficiency, quality materials, and responsibility toward the territory and its people.
– Environment & Resources : In the report, we defined our environmental performance: energy consumption, efficient use of resources, waste management, and measures to reduce environmental impact. These indicators—now more essential than ever—serve not only to “demonstrate” commitment, but also to concretely monitor progress and set realistic goals for the future.
– People, community and supply chain : The report dedicates ample space to the social approach: the quality of internal work, safety, staff training, and ethical relationships with suppliers and customers. The goal is to promote a responsibility that transcends production and is based on transparent relationships, respect for people, and shared value.
– Governance, trasparency and values : Governance is the foundation of our sustainability project: the report emphasizes how quality control, supply chain traceability, ethics, and regulatory compliance ensure that every product and process meets the standards we have set ourselves and communicate externally. In this way, sustainability isn’t just a word, but a concrete act of our business model.
We believe that the Sustainability Report is not a simple milestone, but a starting point: a declaration of values and a promise towards the future. For this reason, we invite customers, partners, and colleagues in the industry to read it, but above to draw inspiration from it and confirm that adopting responsible, transparent, and ethical policies is possible.
